The lyrics and concept had been sitting on my desk since September/October, I've had a semi-finalized version since May, and here we are, 4th of July, and I'm finally ready to accept it as it is.

Generally it's about coming together in a virtual space. We have a potential to work together and, in a way, exist eternally, or really, as long as the Internet sticks around. It's what interests me personally and academically. There's been a lot of negativity about existing like this, but, like... why? We do a lot of cool shit here.

One popular EDM artist even wrote a single questioning the lack of human contact: "everyone's connected/but no-one is connecting/the human element has long been missing." It's still there, I just truly hate that shallow view of it, and I guess I wrote this as sort of an answer/response to that. (It's a great song otherwise, don't get me wrong.)

Anyway, this is my first track of fully-complete, self-made music, and I hope you enjoy it.
